    HI Support Team:

    I purchased an annual plan for the "SMART" version a bit ago.

    Now, I want to upgrade my license to "PRO" because I need more users. The upgrade check out page shows me a fee for the PRO plan (annual payment) as if I were buying the PRO plan from scratch. It is is an "Upgrade" purchase. So, I assume that you will deduct the fee I paid for the "SMART" version and charge me only the difference between the 2 plans.

    Please advise on this issue.
