Account Not Coming Up As A Business Account

I changed my email address a while back, but I'm still being sent emails to renew my subscription to my old email address. As a result, I've paid for my subscription, but my account keeps coming up as free. This isn't the first time my account is listed as free and not business. Can I please have this fixed so I can use your product correctly?

Is it possible that you are logged in with various users on your websites?

Please note that Blog2Social works WordPress user-based which means that all settings and network connections can be defined for each WordPress user individually. Users that are not activated with your license key automatically use the free version of Blog2Social.
