Can't activate my PRO subscription

I just payed for the PRO subscription since the trial is finishing
I insert the key into tmy wordpress dashboard (image below), the key is accepted BUT the license is NOT updated and I still have the annoying message pushing on the screen

what I have to do?

logging out and in again in wordpres solved the problem
