I'm not getting the confirmation message for the free trial

I'm using an active, working domain email for both the installation domain and the email address.

I'm receiving messages at that email address, I use it for send/receive all day long, every day.

I'm not receiving your message to start the trial. It's not in spam and searches don't reveal it.

I did get the message from your AI add-on, to that address.
