  • User opted out of platform The action attempted is disallowed

I get the User opted out of platform The action attempted is disallowed because the user has opted out of Facebook platform msg. I change my Facebook settings & Privacy > Apps & Websites > Websites & Games > Turn On

When I try and complete the above steps the option to Turn it on is not available. (It's enable) I proceed to Turn Off the Turn on. Then attempt again. However after the 1st post It goes back to displaying the error The next attempt gives the error again. The Turning it off then back On once a day and you can share one post. If you want to share more then one post a day..
    Suggestions?

    Hello Robert,

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.
Would you please be so kind as to answer a few short questions, so we could look further into this for you?

Are you currently able to publish content on your connected Facebook profile, page or group with Blog2Social?
Do you face any error notification in Blog2Social while sharing content with Blog2Social on your connected social media accounts?

It would be awesome if you could attach screenshots of these individual settings you are referring to so we could look further into this for you.
Could you please specify what you mean with "I proceed to Turn Off the Turn on."?

    Please note:
You need to make sure that you grant all the required rights to Blog2Social within Facebook in your profile, page and group settings.

To rest this connection and your added Blog2Social Facebook app, you can check the following instructions:
    1. Remove all your existing Facebook connections from Blog2Social.
    2. Log in to your Facebook account on www.facebook.com.
    3. Click on the black arrow at the top right of your Facebook navigation bar to open a drop-down menu and select ‘Settings’.
    4. Click ‘Business-Integrations’ on the left side menu.
    5. Hover over the Blog2Social App and remove it by clicking the x.
    6. Log out of Facebook
    7. Go back to your WP and connect your Facebook accounts, groups, and pages again with Blog2Social and make sure that you grant Blog2Social all rights to access your accounts and pages.
You can also use the following link:
    https://www.facebook.com/settings?ta...s&ref=settings

    or click on
"Settings & Privacy" -> "Settings" -> "Business Integrations" in your Facebook profile.

    Furthermore:

If you still face this issue please also be so kind as to provide us with a screenshot of the "View and edit" section like it is shown on the screenshot below so we can check your individual settings.

Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards
    Alexander

Thanks Alexander for the fast response.

When I login to the Face book business integrations I do not have Blog2Social (API) client available? How to I populate this so it shows back up?

        Hello,

Thank you for your reply and this feedback.

In order to re-add the Blog2Social Facebook app you can proceed with the regular connection process as soon as you have removed the connection from the Blog2Social network overview as explained.
        1. Remove all your existing Facebook connections from Blog2Social.
        2. Go back to your WordPress website and connect your Facebook accounts, groups, and pages once again with Blog2Social and make sure that you grant Blog2Social all rights to access your accounts and pages.
This process should re-add the Blog2Social Facebook app automatically.

Please proceed with these steps and provide us with screenshots if you face something unusual or an error notification while sharing if it will work to connect the individual Facebook connections as expected.

Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

        Best regards
        Alexander
