  • Cant get the auto post feature to work

Hi! I have the trial version of Blog2Social for testing and i really love it! So i am about to buy a license. But unfortunately the Auto-Post setting did not work for me. And this is a feature i really need to have for my website and for my clients(as a reseller that you offer). I dont know if it is a license issue but i see you offer only yearly packages and i dont want to pay a full year just for testing.

Can you help me with this so i see it working as expected 100%???

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in Blog2Social.

Rest assured, we’ll be able to solve this. To help me investigate, could you please answer a few questions:
Are you using the Auto-Poster for your own posts or for imported ones?
Also, are you receiving any notifications regarding your posts within Blog2Social?
Please check them as described in this guide and attach a screenshot if you see any notifications.
“Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”

There are two ways to trigger the Auto-Poster:
    1) The Auto-Poster for your own original WordPress posts is triggered by clicking on “Publish” / “Schedule” in your WordPress backend post editor.
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule blog posts on Social Media with the Auto-Poster?

    2) The Auto-Poster for imported posts is triggered via the WordPress hook "transition_post_status" when your posts are created by other plugins or RSS feeds.
How to auto-post imported RSS feeds and blog posts on Social Media

In both cases, it is necessary to activate and configure the specific WordPress user who creates the posts, as Blog2Social operates on a WordPress user–based system. Therefore, please ensure that every WordPress user (author of the post) who publishes posts that should be auto-posted:
-is activated for Blog2Social Premium (How do I activate my license key?)
-has the networks connected (Blog2Social -> Networks)
    -has the auto-poster settings configured.

I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards

    Benedikt

      Hello,
My posts are created by an AI automation through make.com . Probably is because i have another user for these posts and it is not the default user of WP. So i guess if i buy a business license that supports 2 users and add both 2 users of my wp to license it will work fine.

If not i will hope for your support.

      Thanks for your time.

      Best Regards,

      Haris M.

        Hello Haris,

        Thank you for your response.

You can also use your trial license key to activate multiple users, connect networks, and then configure the Auto-Poster.
Since you do not create your posts manually on the website, I would recommend using the Auto-Poster for imported posts. This is triggered via the WordPress hook “transition_post_status”.
