  • Switch for autopost all posts of all autors?

    Dear Support,

how can I make sure that all posts (original Wordpress content, not imported) by all authors in Wordpress are automatically posted on social networks (on a given set of social media account)?
I have the PRO-version (not trial).

At the moment, it looks as if only my posts are posted automatically.

Is there a “switch” somewhere that says “take all posts of all authors”?

Thank you in advance for your help!
    Joachim

    Hello Joachim,
    thank you for reaching out.
With the Pro subscription, each author can make the auto-post settings themselves.
With the Business subscription, you, as admin, can assign the auto poster settings of up to 10 authors to these rights. If 10 authors are not enough, the business subscription can easily be extended accordingly.

Please let me know if you have further questions.
    Best regards,
    Andreas

      Hello Andreas,

thank you. I'm disappointed that such a simple function should cost 15 €/month more (300€/year - twice as expensive as Microsoft Office 365!!).
You just harm journalists with that, because common companies have their 1-3 social-media-managaers so they don't need bigger licences.

      Joachim Jürschick

        Hello Joachim,
With the Pro subscription, you can also set the autoposter function and the networks in the different author accounts or have them set up by the authors or managers.
Then all participating authors can post their articles automatically.
        That would work, wouldn't it?
        Regards,
        Andreas

          Hi Andreas,

only if I (as the person who has to set it up) had the passwords of my authors. But I don't have those ...

          Regards,
          Achim

              Hi Andreas,

have upgraded to "Business" - but can't find, where to setup all needed networks for all members to autopost. This is VERY FRUSTRATING.

I understand that you have recently upgraded to the "Business" plan but are having difficulty locating where to set up the necessary networks for all members to autopost. It's understandable that this can be quite frustrating, especially when you're trying to get everything organized and functioning smoothly.
To set up the networks for your team to begin autoposting, you will want to navigate to your Blog2Social dashboard. Once you're on the dashboard, look for the "Networks" section. This is where you can manage and configure the networks for autoposting.
You may need to create network collections if you want to manage different social media accounts for various members easily. This feature allows you to select which networks to share posts on without having to manually adjust it each time. After setting up your desired networks, ensure that all members associated with your account have their social media accounts connected through the same "Networks" section.
If you're still having trouble, don't hesitate to check the FAQ or help guides provided on Blog2Social, which can offer step-by-step instructions. These resources might help clarify the setup process and resolve any lingering issues you might be facing.

This is a typical (and wrong) ChatGPT-Answer that doesn't address my problem. I need a central access-board to manage all autors -> socail-media-autopost. It was promised. I'm starting to feel like I've been ripped off.

                    Hello,
this document described how to assign networks and auto-posting functions to your users.
