Transfer all networks and setting from one WP site to another

I have installed Blog2Social in one WP site. Now I have install it on another WP site. Is it possible to transfer all the network settings and templates from the old site to the new site?

OK. That will be a lengthy task.

Also what is the difference of the following two:

1. Install Blog2Social on the old site, and then use "Share New Link Post" to share a link in the new site.
2. Install Blog2Social on the new site and use "Share on Social Media" button beside the post to share it.

If they are the same, then I do not need to install the Blog2Social on the new site and just use the instance in the old site to share links in the new site.
