Vonage SMS API

We'd like to be able to post new page and post notifications to the Vonage SMS API. That way we can send SMS or MMS media to mobile phones. Vonage is a paid phone service that provides APIs for business and residents to use for their benefit.

This would not enable spam. All numbers are DLC verified when businesses or people sign up and messages are audited for spam. Vonage allows people to opt in or out of messaging.
