How to add contents from custom fields in post templates

Hello, I am trying to set up post templates using custome fields. I can only see {TITLE}, {EXCERPT}, {CONTENT}, {KEYWORD} and {AUTHOR}. Is it at all possible to include custom fields?? Many thanks!
