  • Block certain posts from auto publish

    Hello members,

our site has some premium posts and we want to publish all non-premium posts automatically to reduce the work of the editors.

Is it possible to block certain posts from auto-publishing?

    Hello Kazuto,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing the issue you are facing.

Since Blog2Social works user-based, every WordPress user can connect their own social media accounts and configure the auto-poster or other settings individually.

To make Blog2Social available for other WordPress users just activate your Blog2Social license key in the settings of each user you would like to share your additional premium functions with like the Auto-Poster.

You can choose to only activate your “premium” post authors. All other authors will have access to the free Version of Blog2Social. Therefore they will not share any content that you would not like to get published.

The following instructions will guide you through the process of configuring and using the Auto-Poster feature of Blog2Social step-by-step:
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule blog posts on social media with the Social Media Auto-Poster?

Furthermore, if you have a lot of Authors and you only want to share a specific amount of posts of a specific author you can also use the Re-Share posts function of Blog2Social and filter specific authors and add these posts to a sharing queue.

The following instructions will guide you through the process of configuring and using the Re-Share Posts feature of Blog2Social step-by-step:
    Re-share posts automatically

Please let me know if you have any other questions about Blog2Social.

    Best regards

    Alexander
