  • The Reshare function isn't working

The Reshare function isn't working; I noticed that the scheduled post time has passed, but the post still hasn't been published. I use a license for 3 different websites, and none of these websites have this reshare function working.

I don't know why, please help me. Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Reshare function. To troubleshoot, please check the "Notifications" tab within Blog2Social to see if there are any messages regarding the failed posts. Often, issues arise when the WordPress time settings do not match those defined in Blog2Social.

Please ensure that these time settings are consistent. You can adjust the Blog2Social time settings by following this guide: How do I set my own time setting to post on social media?

Let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Philippe

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

In one of your screenshots I noticed that you’ve received the notification “You’ve reached your posting limit!”.
Is it possible to send me a screenshot of your posting volume so I can take a closer look?
How many posts do you share per day?
Please also be aware that you can share 250 posts per day with your Premium Pro version.

In addition, I could imagine that your website does not meet the system requirements for Blog2Social which is causing a timeout.
Therefore, I’d recommend checking and, if necessary, increasing your website's memory limit to 512M and your execution time to 400 and the performance / reaction time of your website in general.

        Best regards

        Benedikt

          Hi,
"Is it possible to send me a screenshot of your posting volume so I can take a closer look?"
-> I use only 3 domains and the reshare function so I will post maximum 3 posts/3 domains/day for sure. I think you can check how I published posts by this key: email *uongthanhtai@gmail.com and *KOOI-4ZJZ-GOUY (if not, please guide me how to see logs)

About the timeout, please see this: https://prnt.sc/0UTtonVsRFwW. I think everything is good.

Please see "Your yearly post volume": https://prnt.sc/xFecElhTaTLi
          88620 remaining from 90000, now I have only one month left, it means I used about 1380 posts/year -> ~4 posts/day right?

          Thanks for your fast support.

              Hello,

              Thanks for your patience.

When checking your notification details we noticed that your posts were not transferred properly to our server. This could be caused by a security plugin which is limiting your heartbeats on your website.

You can deactivate or regulate heartbeats with plugins such as “WP Rocket”. However, deactivating heartbeats prevents the background tasks of Wordpress and Blog2Social from being executed properly. For instance, sharing posts automatically in your social media is blocked by the plugin "Heartbeat Control". Therefore, please do not limit heartbeats to make sure that your posts are shared automatically on social media.

Please let me know if it works out afterwards.

              Best regards

              Benedikt
