All Social Media Networks have disappeared

I've been using the plugin for a long time with no problems but today I just tried to share a post but all of my social media networks have disappeared and there isn't any option to reconnect them! Any idea why?

Same issue. This happened back in July during a different Blog2Social update. Unsure why they don't test before releasing updates.
