  • Telegram connection troubles

    Hello,
We got PRO account activated + Telegram addon.
All the social networks works just fine, only Telegram profile requests manual login and token entering. Every time you make repost you have to do it.
We use just one Telegram account, but in the profiles list there are 4 of 5 with the same name and with the text "to reactivate this connection please upgrade" and link goes to pricing page.
Would you please help us with this problem

    Hello Alexandr,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

I checked the applied connection slots on our end and so far I could not verify any issue. The connection quota is 1/1 in use for your Telegram connection.
Would you please be so kind as to provide us with a screenshot of your networks overview within the Blog2Social plugin?

    You can follow this path:
    Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Networks -> Telegram

Please be so kind as to screenshot the Telegram connections that you have mentioned in your message. In general, only one connection should be visible after connecting one Telegram account.

Were these Telegram connections automatically created after successfully connecting your telegram account within the Blog2Social plugin?

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards

    Alexander

          Hello Alexandr,

Please be so kind as to delete all of your Telegram connections in your networks overview of Blog2Social by clicking on the little trash bag icon right next to them and to update to the latest Blog2Social version.
After that you can connect your preferred Telegram connection again and the issue should be resolved.

Please let me know if it works for you afterwards or if you have further questions.

          Best regards

          Benedikt

            Dear Benedikt!
Thank you for your message. We have deleted those connections, but cannot update because we already had the latest version 6.5.7 Should we wait for the new one?
