As far as I know the plguin allows to share wordpress blogs on facebook, incuding auto-post. Bit is it somehow possible to synchronize in the other direction? Like e.g. from Facebook/Instagram to Blog2Social?

Some requested functionality can be archived with external third-party plugins and services which would allow you to create an RSS/Atom data feed from your Facebook pages/groups as long as they are publically available. These feeds can be imported with RSS feed plugins which would import the post and assign it to a selected WordPress user.
