  • Networks won't load and no posts are posted

    Hello,

    suddenly my posts aren't getting posted lately. We didn't change enything.

    I can see the post in the calendar but not on facebook or instagram.

    I reconnected both but this didn't change anything.

    The troubleshooting was ok too.

    What's happening here?

          The occurring behavior seems to be resolved now by our hosting provider.

              But I still can't post anything. Facebook says: Dein Post ist vom Netzwerk nicht veröffentlicht worden. Bitte beachte die folgende Anleitung. And instagram says: Dein Beitrag konnte nicht geteilt werden. Mehr Informationen in der Instagram-Checkliste für Problemlösungen.

                  This is a serious failure on the side of Blog2Social. How is this latest update released without proper QA?
                  All of our posts have failed to publish......

                    This is related to an issue that is occurring on the server side.
                    Our hosting provider is aware of this situation and is working on a solution for this. They are currently experiencing some difficulties.

                      Our hoster has fixed the bug and restored the functionality of Blog2Social. The application is working again and should be fully up and running later today.

                        I don't know if I should open another post for that but I have still trouble posting to instagram. First it said I don't have an Instagram Business Account (but I do) and now I wanted to reconnect my Instagram profile but it gave me this response. What can I do?

                          It might be possible that this behavior is still a result of the performed actions taken by our hosting provider and the bug fix.
                          In any case, this should only be a temporary behavior.
