Scheduled Xing posts are posted twice

Hi,

one of our clients has connected his Xing profile to Blog2Social to share scheduled WordPress posts, it happens that this works, except for the fact that Xing posts are strangely posted twice, once after the scheduled post is published on the website and once after the scheduled sharing date/time via the Blog2Social plugin. Any Solutions? We aren't using the autoposter.

Your client has probably set the auto poster so that every time WordPress publishes, the post is automatically posted directly. The option must be turned off if you want the posts to be posted at a different time.

i checked the settings and autoposter is turned off, yet its still somehow doubleposting xing content, nothing else just the xing posts.

Please be so kind as to answer a few short questions so we could look further into this case for you.

Do you create content in your environment, or do you import this content via RSS/XML/Atom feeds?
Do you work with multiple WordPress authors that publish content, or only with your activated account?

It would be awesome if you could provide us with a screenshot showing your “Shared posts” in Blog2Social. (Regarding one of the Xing posts that were published twice)

You can open the section “Shared posts” in Blog2Social (Site & Blog Content). There you will find a list of all posts that were shared with Blog2Social before.
By clicking on “Details” you will be able to see the Blog2Social feature that shared this post on the right-hand side on each entry.
