Hello,
Thanks for your feedback.
We currently don’t see any connection between the issue you experienced and your stay in Spain. So far, no other users have reported similar behavior, and we haven’t observed any general problems on our end.
If the issue occurs again, please feel free to send us a screenshot so we can take a closer look and investigate further.
Best regards
Benedikt

Thanks for the reply - I've been using the same aspect ratio images for a few years without any problems and haven't made any changes to the website recently. The problem occurred while I was a few days into my holiday in Spain (it worked ok for the first few days). I've now returned to the UK and published a new post this morning and everything worked fine - could that have something to do with the problem?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
It appears that some of your images are currently inaccessible. Additionally, we’re receiving feedback from Instagram that the aspect ratio of the images is not supported.
Have you made any changes to your posts, the images, or the settings or plugins on your website?
Are you experiencing this issue with all your posts or just specific ones?
Best regards

Bluesky says - The network could not publish your post. Please see the following guide.
Instagram says - Your post could not be posted, because your image is not available or the image source is not publish readable.
My website does serve webp images but it hasn't been a problem up until now and as I said previously, nothing has changed on the site.

Insta & Bluesky not working
Both Instagram and Bluesky have stopped working - nothing has changed on the site and I've deleted and reconnected both accounts and that hasn't cured it. All was fine yesterday and the problem occurred today.Tags: None
