Is post published on Xing visible to public?

I try to post on Xing, but it seems the post only visible to loggined user:

I would recommend checking and adjusting your Xing post settings since this needs to be set up on Xing itself. Please also note that some parts of Xing may only be visible for logged in users. This is a decision of Xing which is outside of our sphere of influence.
