  • From the twitter image, it does not open the wordpress article link

    Good morning,

I just purchased the "Pro" subscription and I have to use it mainly to automatically post articles from wordpress articles to the twitter page.
The plugin works fine but I'm having a problem with the image link. In fact, by going to the template settings and using the settings you see from this screenshot ( https://prnt.sc/15b-XfHQnl3K ), the visitor who clicks on the image does not view the article but only the enlargement of the photo itself.

If, on the other hand, I use this one you see in the screenshot ( https://prnt.sc/C48N3SbsPvuG ) as a setup, by clicking on the image, the visitor can go directly to the content of the article.
How can I make the image (the big one I mean) directly linked to the article on wordpress?

    Thank you
    Alessandro

    Hello Alessandro,

    Thanks for reaching out.

As far as I understand you want to share a link post on Twitter but the image shall be displayed bigger, is that correct?
Please be so kind as to click on “Settings” -> “Social Meta Data” in Blog2Social. Here you can select “Summary with large image” as shown in the screenshot that I have attached for you.

Please let me know if this solved your request or if you have any other questions.

    Best regards

    Benedikt

Perfect now it works. I did not know the existence of this setup. I take this opportunity to ask you something else. Is it possible to put hashtags directly from the post created on wordpress and display it in twitter automatically? Does this feature exist? Thank you

        Hello Alessandro,

Thanks for your feedback. Great to hear that it worked out for you.

        Regarding hashtags:
There are various ways to add hashtags to your posts. Please be so kind as to check “How to let Blog2Social generate hashtags from blog tags?” in the following guide:
How do I insert individual hashtags in my posts?

After adding keywords in your Wordpress posts you can adjust your post templates for Twitter in Blog2Social so “Keywords” are added automatically to your social media posts. This tutorial shows you:
How to use post templates for social media posts?

If you are happy with my support and with Blog2Social, we'd be thrilled if you left us a 5-star-rating on

Please let me know if you have further questions.

        Best regards
