Regarding Instagram:
There can be various reasons for this notification. I’d recommend checking the troubleshooting steps in this tutorial:

Regarding Pinterest:
It seems you did not follow the steps in this guide correctly since your Pinterest API app is still in "Trial mode".
Please check the steps below “Activation of the App” and create a video as explained in order to switch it to "Standard mode". There’s also a video attached in that guide which explains step by step how to proceed.

Regarding Hashtags:
For example, you can enter individual hashtags in your post preview or let Blog2Social generate hashtags from blog tags. Please take a look at this guide:
How do I insert hashtags in my posts?

I guess this is a misunderstanding. As long as your Pinterest API app is still in Trial mode you cannot post on Pinterest. Therefore, please be so kind as to check the steps below “Activation of the App” and create a video as explained in the guide below to switch it to Standard mode.
How do I connect Blog2Social with Pinterest?

Regarding Instagram:
Hotlink protection is just one possible reason for this notification. In most cases, the issue is that the images are not in “jpg” or “png” format. Kindly check the other troubleshooting solutions as well and ensure that your images are in “jpg” or “png” format. For example, "webp" images are not supported by Instagram.

Regarding Pinterest:
Was your API app approved by Pinterest and set to “Standard Mode”? Please note that the final approval decision rests with Pinterest.
