Instagram is not working since you updated the version a week ago

Hi,

This is really critical. Instagram is not working.

I am not able to use blog2social for sharing my posts on Instagram. It has been working absolutely fine since last 1 year+.

I also contacted my server hosts, they said that since the version was updated a week ago, there is some issue at your end.

I have seen a lot of users complain about the issue here on the forum as well, about the same issue.

If you guys are not able to solve it, I will have to stop using your service and look for some other solution provider. I had contacted you on facebook as well, but I got the same faq response to connect my instagram profile again. I have done that a number of times, but it is not solving the issue.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das beschriebene Verhalten nicht durch das Blog2Social Update verursacht wurde, sondern durch individuelle Einstufungen seitens Instagram-Account spezifisch erfolgt.

Bitte seien Sie so nett und loggen Sie sich mit Ihrem Browser (PC/Laptop oder mobiles Gerät) und nicht mit der mobilen App bei Instagram ein und gehen Sie auf "Einstellungen" -> "Login-Aktivität" und prüfen Sie, ob ein neuer Eintrag/eine neue Abfrage vorliegt.

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for your interest in Blog2Social.

If you do not receive the email code in Instagram it is possible that Instagram has an open activity request which needs to be confirmed in order to authenticate the created connection.

The following step-by-step guide will show you how to solve common issues related to connecting personal Instagram accounts:
Connecting Instagram - Things to check

If you don't receive the code, please note that the email with the code is sent out by Instagram. Please check your email in the Instagram app to see whether it is the right one. Make sure that your email is verified and you can receive other emails from Instagram. Please also take a look into your spam folder to see whether it might have landed there. Some email systems like Gmail send an Instagram notification automatically to the "Social Media Promotion" folder.

You also may get the notification that Instagram might report that a server from Germany in the Cologne area is trying to access your account. This is a normal security notification due to the fact that the Blog2Social server is located in this area. This is an automatic process that is necessary to establish a connection to Blog2Social. Rest assured, that this is a common and regular security notice to make sure the access is safe.

Solution: Click on "This was me" to continue connecting to Instagram.

You can also consider converting your Personal Instagram Profile into a Business Account in order to benefit from many additional features in Instagram. This functionality is available in the premium subscriptions of Blog2Social. The only requirement is a Facebook Page to which you can connect your Instagram Business account.
