Images being cropped on FB on mobile device

    Images being cropped on FB on mobile device


    Posts to FB the images are being cropped to a narrow landscape format when we post using B2S. This does not happen on a manual post on FB. On desktop and laptop it is OK just mobile devices are bad.

    How can we fix this please??

Please also let us know the dimensions (in pixels) of the image you shared via Blog2Social. Please also send us a screenshot of how the image looks on desktop and smartphone.
