  • Random double posting on Facebook

Good morning. I have a problem, the blog2social plugin sometimes publishes the same article 2 times, but with different formatting. I have already disabled the autopost for update, so it should publish it only when it is published.

But automatically on some articles randomly it is shown 2 times. I leave a screenshot here.
Obviously in the settings only 1 Network is set.
The problem occurs with all accounts

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please be so kind as to send me a screenshot of your auto-post settings as well as of your “Networks” overview.

Did you check your auto-post settings for all users which are activated with your license key?
When checking your account I noticed that there are three WordPress users activated.

I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards

    Benedikt

      Hi. Thanks for your reply.

Yes there are 3 users, and it does it with all 3 accounts.

I'll send you the screenshot of the main account that we use the most, and where therefore "Redazione" does it often

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

Please also attach a screenshot of your auto-post settings and “Networks” overview of your two other users so I can take a closer look.

        Best regards

          Thanks again for your reply.

I don't have them here with me right now, but I can assure you that they are set the same, the same. I checked 2 days ago

            Hello,

            Thank you for your response.

Do you see these duplicate posts in your “Shared Posts->Details” tab in Blog2Social?
If you do, please be so kind as to attach a screenshot.

Is it possible that one of your users is doing something differently when scheduling or sharing your posts?
I could imagine this is causing random double posts when you're using the auto-poster but scheduling / sharing your posts manually as well in Blog2Social.

            Best regards

            Benedikt

                Hello,

                Thank you for your reply.

Are the duplicate posts always made by your user “Giuseppe Mazzaferro” or are they also made by other users?
If they are only made by “Giuseppe Mazzaferro”, I’d recommend checking his “Networks” overview once again to make sure that your Facebook page is not connected twice. Please also check his auto-post settings once again and ensure that the box “updated posts” is not ticked.

If it’s happening for all of your users, I’d suggest increasing your website's memory limit to 512M and your execution time to 400. Please make sure to use the latest version 8.0.0 of Blog2Social.

                Best regards
