No Upgrade package?

Hi, i just bought the SMART license and realise it doesn't have post to Google My Business function and need to upgrade to Pro..

don't u have have a upgrade price rather for me to having paid full?

i login and click the "Pro" version and realised it doesn't have a upgrade package but rather need me to pay for full cost of the pro license again?
