  • Trail Ends. .Pro Subscription starts. .all network accounts gone

We reactivated our PRO a few days ago and noticed the plugin still stated Trial. Now we go into our accounts on each of the 5 websites and there are no Networks showing up.

    Hello Paul,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Please note that you are facing an unusual behavior after activating your trail. In general, you should have at least all entries in the lists that are also available within the free Blog2Social version.

Since you only see empty space it would be awesome if you could answer a few short questions so I could look further into this for you.

Have you enabled the same WordPress accounts with your purchased license as with the trial license? Or have you activated a different Account with the new license key in each of your sites?

Are you using an external WordPress plugin for layout adjustments?
Please be so kind as to check the Blog2Social Troubleshooting Tool. There you can generate the troubleshooting tool report of Blog2Social easily.

You can easily find it by following this path to generate it:

    Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Help & Support-> Troubleshooting-Tool
Please be so kind as to screenshot that view and send me the complete .txt document of this report for all of your sites.

Furthermore, please install the following WordPress plugin for a further health check & troubleshooting:
    https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

Please follow these steps and provide us with screenshots of the generated results:
    1. Install the plugin
    2. Then click under Tools -> Site Health
    3. Then choose the Troubleshooting
    4. Enable Troubleshooting
    5. Please only activate Blog2Social in the top right of the dashboard
Afterward, you should check your Blog2Social network connections once again.

If this also does not help it would be awesome if you could provide us with a screenshot of your Blog2Social dashboard in your WordPress sites for every site that is facing this issue.

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards

    Alexander
