I Want to Cancel Automatic Renewal - Product and Process Stinks

I've had it. I have spent an hour trying to get my Automatic Renewal canceled. I cannot get any help from PayPro Global. This whole process sucks. I upgraded from free but every day I get error messages and I'm tired of it.
